Lou Ann is one of the founding members of Walk It Off.
She knows a lot about what goes on our campus and is quick to extend a warm welcome
and guidance to our new members.
She is a regular on our live walk & talk sessions and is featured in our book
“Walk It Off: 6 Simple Steps to Get Fit without Setting Foot in the Gym“
In less than 7 months, she competed in her first ever 5 and 10K races
and was among the first to cross the thousand mile finish line.
She logs 15000 steps on average on a daily basis!
