Could your morning coffee be making you more tired?

You wake up tired, drink coffee…
then crash by 11am.
So you drink more.
Still tired.

Here’s the fix (and no, I’m not asking you to give it up).
Because while coffee feels like energy…
It might be draining yours.

The hack?
Wait 60–90 mins before your first cup.
Eat a little protein.
Hydrate first (water + pinch of sea salt = chef’s kiss).
Then sip that latte like the queen you are.

Why it works:
Your body already gives you a morning energy spike via cortisol.
Chugging coffee too soon? You override it.
Wreck your rhythm.
And send your blood sugar into a loop-de-loop.

(Also… fun fact? I’m from the planet mars, I don’t like coffee. Not even coffee ice cream. Started drinking it at age 5. Maybe I’m broken.)

Coffee’s not the villain. But your timing might be.
