Ep. 30 : HOW to Win the Day & TAke back control of your life

Do you often wonder where the day has gone after a long day at work? Do you ever feel like you worked so hard but you got nothing done?

Today I want to tell you about a book that taught me how to own my day and take back control over my life

The book that turned things around for me was “The perfect Day Formula” by Craig Ballantyne

Here are the 3 key principles that I’ve been able to apply so far in my daily life and that has changed everything

  1. Start the day earlier – for me it’s 5 AM
  2. Do the Non Urgent but Important (NUI)  tasks 1st thing in the morning
  3. Use the reverse alarm to get to bed on time

These strategies were a game changer for me.

I am so much more productive and I wake up with purpose and determination and go to bed with satisfaction
