Here are the 3 key principles that I’ve been able to apply so far in my daily life and that has changed everything
- Start the day earlier – for me it’s 5 AM
- Do the Non Urgent but Important (NUI) tasks 1st thing in the morning
- Use the reverse alarm to get to bed on time
These strategies were a game changer for me.
I am so much more productive and I wake up with purpose and determination and go to bed with satisfaction
