    1. Most diets are “scientifically” proven. It comes down to what works for your unique body type. For example I wouldn’t do well on a high protein diet, specially animal protein. makes me feel noxious and sluggish. Your body is the best lab you’ll ever have at your disposal, use it wisely 🙂
