We know we SHOULD be getting regular physical activity, but it’s not always easy to do, right?
Most of my clients that start out not exercising, say it’s either due to time constraints or they don’t know what to do.
Can you relate to either of these reasons? What is your biggest roadblock to getting regular exercise?
I have good news for you! It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
Start with 20-30 minutes a day, and do something easy, like walking or riding a bike.
Can you commit to 20-30 minutes of physical activity starting today?
And Oh! Let’s stop calling it Exercise (such a harsh word, isn’t it?)
Let’s call it “moving our body in a way that feels good” 🙂
