What to Expect
During this program you will have the information and tools you need to be on your way to reaching your goals by making gradual, healthy, and reasonable changes in your eating and daily activity. Even small changes can have big rewards for your health.
This program’s format is based on getting back to some basics and building on those basics. There are no tricks, short cuts or quick fixes when it comes to sound nutrition and your health.
This program is designed to take you through a step-by-step process to allow you to implement new habits, avoid overwhelm and get you well on your way to reaching your goals.
The more you participate and actively engage with this program, the more you’re going to get out of it.
Here is what you will want to do in order to have great results:
- Follow each session and complete the ‘To Do” items for that session
- Be on the live group calls (or listen to the recordings)
- Practice what you learn
- Be completely honest and open
- Post questions, successes, progress or challenges in the private Facebook group
- Let me know if you have any problems by contacting me via email
- Stay willing and open to change
- Know that this is a process and perfection isn’t the goal
- Always hang in there
